1. Services

BH Cleaning & Care Ltd provides residential and commercial cleaning services across London and South Wales.

Services include but are not limited to:

  • End of tenancy cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Regular domestic cleaning
  • Airbnb & serviced accommodation cleaning
  • Pre-let and pre-sale cleaning
  • Managed property cleaning

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

2. Quotations & Bookings

All quotations are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. If the property condition, size, or requirements differ significantly from what was described, BH Cleaning & Care Ltd reserves the right to revise the quotation.

Bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing via email or message. Access must be provided at the agreed time. If access is not available, charges may apply.

 

3. Payments

  • Domestic clients – Payment due within 24 hours of invoice unless agreed otherwise.
  • New clients – Payment may be required upfront.
  • Commercial clients – Subject to agreed invoice terms.

Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services where balances remain unpaid.

 

4. Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours notice – No charge
  • Less than 24 hours notice – 50% of booking fee may apply
  • Same-day cancellations – Full booking fee may apply

 

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide electricity and running water, ensure safe access, remove personal belongings unless agreed otherwise, and notify us of fragile or damaged items before cleaning.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items in poor condition.

 

6. Insurance & Liability

We hold Public Liability and Employers’ Liability Insurance.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Fair wear and tear
  • Faulty fixtures or fittings
  • Issues not reported within 24 hours

 

7. Re-clean Policy

Concerns must be reported within 24 hours. Where appropriate, we will return to address the issue.

 

8. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work where conditions are unsafe or hazardous.

 

9. Privacy

Client information is handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
